CHT Healthcare Trust
KARAKA PROJECT
Design management, consenting, procurement and construction management of an aged residential care facility for the CHT Healthcare Trust, developed to service the rapidly growing Karaka community. This two-level development included the provision of 64 care suites, including a 22-bed dementia wing. The project included administration and amenity spaces, a full service kitchen with dining and lounge areas, complete with external hard and soft landscaping.

The M3 building is the third interconnected building at The Huapai Country Club development incorporating four levels of apartments with an underground car parking facility. Bluewater have managed the design, procurement and construction of all three stages for Hopper Development.

The M4 development at The Huapai Country Club is a care facility designed to support the surrounding apartment complex and villa development. Bluewater has provided the design management services for this project with the procurement and construction phases to begin in the near future.

Kensington House
The Kensington House project was the redevelopment of an existing building and converting this into 16 hospital-level care suites offering providing medical and nursing care. We were engaged for the construction management of this redevelopment to assist with the staging and methodology as the works were completed in two halves due to operational requirements.

The Oaks – Stage 2 Project
The Oaks, Stage 02 is the further development of the Warkworth Oaks aged care offering. This phase will include 4 buildings that will house a total of 49 independent living apartments and 26 care suites. These will be a mixture of 1,2, and 3 bedroom and sit upon a podium level that includes independent retail, a private wine bar and private 49 seat theatre. The basement level will comprise of 53 carparks and 14 mobility scooter parks.

Design management, consenting, procurement and construction management of the second stage of the Country Club development followed the successful completion of Stage 1. This 4 level aged care ‘wing’ connects into the existing facility providing additional accommodation options with access to the established facilities of restaurant, pool and spa areas along with the main reception and underground parking.

REMUERA GARDENS
Design Management and procurement leading to construction management of two four storey aged care apartment towers over a combined podium platform. The podium will support a bowling green and adjacent facilities whilst providing undercover carparking for the occupants in the heart of Remuera.

Design management, consenting and a specialist procurement process ahead of the construction of a waterfront lodge / facilities building providing a central location for the wider retirement village. This is a key piece of the Anchorage Retirement Village development and includes the kitchen, pool and spa areas along with the main reception, function area and underground parking.

Construction of a 3-storey aged care facility that will be the centre piece of The Country Club development containing the key support services for the surrounding villas and apartments. This includes the kitchen, pool and spa areas along with the main reception and underground parking. The project was awarded a Silver in the Commercial Project Awards in 2022.

FORTUNES ROAD APARTMENT BUILDING, PAKURANGA PARK VILLAGE
Development of a four storey Apartment Building containing 32 self contained units to be included as part of Pakuranga Park Village. The building has an approximate 1400sqm floor plate and will also incorporate an underground car park with appropriate support spaces.
