The Oaks – Stage 2 Project

The Oaks, Stage 02 is the further development of the Warkworth Oaks aged care offering. This phase will include 4 buildings that will house a total of 49 independent living apartments and 26 care suites.  These will be a mixture of 1,2, and 3 bedroom and sit upon a podium level that includes independent retail, a private wine bar and private 49 seat theatre. The basement level will comprise of 53 carparks and 14 mobility scooter parks.

Design management, consenting and procurement leading to construction management of the next stage of the Country Club, Huapai development following the successful completion of Stage 1. This is a 3 storey aged care ‘wing’ connecting into the existing facility providing additional accommodation options with access to the establish facilities of restaurant, pool and spa areas along with the main reception and underground parking..

Design Management and procurement leading to construction management of two four storey aged care apartment towers over a combined podium platform. The podium will support a bowling green and adjacent facilities whilst providing undercover carparking for the occupants in the heart of Remuera.

Design management, consenting and procurement leading to construction management of a waterfront, 3 storey main amenities building that will service the surrounding villas and future buildings. This will be a key piece of the Anchorage Retirement Village development and includes the kitchen, pool and spa areas along with the main reception, function area and underground parking.

Development of a four storey Apartment Building containing 32 self contained units to be included as part of Pakuranga Park Village. The building has an approximate 1400sqm floor plate and will also incorporate an underground car park with appropriate support spaces.
