A clear and easily understood master programme is crucial to a successful project. Based on our extensive experience and working collaboratively with the client, design team and the construction supply chain, we will deliver a well-defined program that conveys critical path activities and milestone dates across the full project lifecycle.

From the start of the design process through to its completion, we ensure the process and deliverables required to achieve the Clients objectives are clear, communicated and completed.  From the project briefing and alignment of the consultant teams' scope of work, through design development, consenting strategies and client approvals, we know that this is the foundation that a successful project is built upon.  The greatest influence on the scope and cost of the project is available here and we ensure clarity and ‘best for project’ decision making is at the forefront of our thinking.

The procurement of the Contractor is a key driver for the successful delivery of the project.  The strategy employed to secure the right construction team is dependent on the drivers of each individual project and the client specific requirements.  There is a wide variety of procurement methods available that will drive different cost, risk, programme and quality outcomes and these all need to be taken into account.  Bluewater’s experience in procurement ensures a ‘best for project’ procurement framework that combines the clients requirements, market conditions and available resources to achieve successful outcomes.

From commercial fitouts through to highly technical biocontainment facilities, our team has extensive construction experience across a large array of different sectors and project sizes. Our clients benefit directly from that experience as we manage the construction process and associated administration tasks. From the pre-commencement deliverables including health and safety plan review and programme analysis, through the ongoing administration and reporting, finishing with operational commissioning, handover and defect management, we will ensure a collaborative delivery process with proactive risk mitigation a standard deliverable.
