A clear and easily understood master program is crucial to a successful project. Based on our extensive experience and working collaboratively with the client, design team and the construction supply chain, we will deliver a well-defined program that conveys critical path activities and milestone dates across the full project lifecycle.

From initial briefing and stakeholder management to the engagement of the consultant team, through to ongoing budget reconciliation checks consenting strategies and client sign off. Design management is a fluid process requiring careful and proactive attention. At BPM we recognise the critical nature of this phase and its ability to influence the project, thereby striving to ensure each component is managed effectively with our clients key objectives at the forefront of all decision making.

With an in-depth knowledge of the local construction market including specialist subcontractors, we can ensure the correct form of engagement is paired with the most suitable contractor. We have extensive relationships with a large number of local suppliers and can leverage off these relationships to ensure a ‘best fit’ procurement policy including advice and recommendations on preferred contractural arrangements and form of contract.

From commercial fitouts to highly technical biocontainment facilities, our team has extensive construction experience across a large array of different sectors and project sizes. Our clients benefit directly from that experience as we manage the construction process. From a review of construction sequencing, methodologies and programming, project monitoring & reporting, right through to operational commissioning and handover, we will ensure a collaborative delivery process with risk minimisation as a key driver.
