Puhunui Warehouse Development

The procurement and construction management of the Puhinui Warehouse development is an exciting project incorporating 5 warehouses and surrounding infrastructure.  The competitive tender process on complete design documentation has ensured clarity in pricing and methodology enabling the selection of the right contractor.  Due to the density of construction within the new warehouse precinct, the construction methodology was a key factor in contractor selection.
